CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO

A graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, Roshan grew up with one foot in manufacturing and the other in the hospitality industry. In 2011, he launched the Dynamic Group with an initial focus on hospitality and commercial real estate. He would eventually expand the Dynamic umbrella into print and manufacturing with the launch of Arch Plastics Packaging and, most recently, Dynamic Labels. Roshan’s passion for developing and growing scalable businesses is only matched by his desire to share his time and talents with the community. He currently serves on the McCallie School alumni and Chattanooga Police Department’s Crime Stoppers boards, and is also a member of the American Heart Association’s Cor Vitae Society and the executive leadership team for the AHA’s annual Chattanooga Heart Ball.

CO-FOUNDER

Chaitu is an engineering manager and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in production, process, project/risk management, and capital and strategy planning. He has a proven track record of developing and delivering innovative commercial print and packaging projects to market in record time. In addition to launching Dynamic Labels, Chaitu is the founder of a full-service print shop and a development project focused on the 3D printing of machine parts.

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS

After graduating with a Master of Engineering Technology degree with an emphasis in Plastics Manufacturing from Pittsburg State University, Rama joined then-startup Arch Plastic Packaging as plant engineer. With his dual passions toward quality and problem solving, Rama supervised production efforts and established a quality department that ensured good manufacturing practices were followed throughout the plant. As a liaison between Arch and its customers, Rama supports all aspects of regulatory compliance requirements with pharmaceutical industry giants like Sanofi, Pfizer, Merck, and Bayer. Rama also partnered with Roshan Amin to launch the Rodizio Grill, a Brazillian Gaucho-style restaurant in Downtown Chattanooga. With his experience in handling multiple projects and understanding system requirements for the packaging industry, Rama serves as Director of New Accounts and Customer Relations for Dynamic Labels.
